Is it always necessary to use task tracking software?

Project management software might not be suitable in 100 percent of all cases. The most suitable time to reap the benefits from such software is when you work on a few big projects. Small projects can be supervised using a spreadsheet program which allows you to save on overhead costs of handling such complex software.
